Study On Rural Tourism And Its Promotion Of The Country Industry Structure Optimizing

Adjusting and optimizing the country industry structure will be helpful in solving the three agricultural problems and will accelerate the pace of new country construction. New country construction will address the issues of raising the standard of living and improving the rural living environment. The advantages of rural tourism are obvious and have a compound effect in promoting the country industrial structure optimizing, increasing job opportunities for local residents and broadening the earning potential for residents. This thesis mainly applies the combined method of positive analysis and normative analysis and the comparative analysis method, form the angle of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, analyzing the factors that restrict the optimization of country industrial structures, the relationship between rural tourism and country industrial structures, the action mechanism and external conditions of rural tourism promotes the optimization of agricultural industrial structures, bringing forward that from innovative models for the development of rural tourism and the acceleration of the efficient and reasonable optimization of country industrial structures and the effect of increasing local resident income levels with the relocation and transfer of local labor forces as it relates to vitalizing the rural economy.This thesis includes seven chapters:Chapter one is preliminary remarks.This chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of this thesis, the literature used in the research of agricultural industrial structures, main content, research methods and summary of the major innovations put forward by this thesis. Chapter two is the basic theory of rural tourism and agricultural industry development. The beginning introduces the relative content of rural tourism and the optimization of rural industrial structure, followed by a discussion to explore the basis for the theory of optimization of rural tourism from the perspective of rural, local and developing economics. Chapter three introduces the current status of Chinese rural tourism and agricultural industrial structures. First we will respectively analyze the source, actualization and future development of domestic and international trends in rural tourism and its conclusions. We will then analyze the progress and current recent developments of China's country industrial structures. Finally we will conclude with an in-depth analysis of factors which restrict optimizing country industrial structures. Chapter four is an analysis of the action mechanism and external conditions of rural tourism on the optimization of country industrial structures. This chapter includes three parts:first, we analyze the effect of rural tourism in promoting the optimization of country industrial structures. Second, we analyze the action mechanism of rural tourism in optimizing the rural industrial structure, which is one of the innovations made by this thesis, and then we analyze the external conditions of rural tourism in optimizing the rural industrial structure. Chapter five discusses the rural tourism development model that will optimize the rural industries. This chapter is based on the rural development models and combines with the current China rural tourism situation and the requirements for optimizing country industrial structures. We propose the "corporation+farmer" model, "community+ corporation+farmer" model, complete tenant model, "village cooperation exploitation" model and the "recycled economic new rural tourism" model as the main modes of development. We will analyze the advantages and shortcomings of these strategies, and then we analyze the application conditions of these models. Chapter six is a case study, which mainly discusses the adjusting and optimizing the rural industrial structure in northwest China. Chapter seven is the conclusion and prospect. This chapter mainly reviews the content and production of this thesis and points out the main innovations and shortcomings of this research, while giving an expectation as to the future research and development in this field.Based on a lot of research, we bring forward several points of view and conclusion. This thesis point out that there are mainly four effects that rural tourism promots the adjustment of country industrial structure:1) promotion of the development of rural industry associations; 2) shifting of the residual labor force and raising their level of social civility; 3) increasing of local resident income; 4) promotion of the continuous development of the rural economy through protection of agricultural zoological resources. We consider that the exploitation and management of rural tourism promote the optimization of social reproduction structure, demand structure, investment structure, employment structure, technology structure and the district collocation relationship between country industries to realizing highly efficient rationalization of rural industries. This thesis takes the rural tourism lifecycle and location as the applicable conditions of rural tourism development models. We will analyze the combination of the exploration phase, participation phase, development phase, stable phase, stagnant phase, post-stagnant phase with the suburb model, tourist location model, remote mountainous model and put forward development models in point based on these conditions. Based on the analysis of the data and the actual situation in northwest China, we consider that the rural tourism in that area has resource advantages, but it also has some problems in capital, conception and the management of rural tourism. In addition, there are also some problems with the rural industrial structure in the northwest area, such as the imbalance in industrial composition, the employment structure of the labor force and the skewed proportion of family income origin. This thesis points out that faster and stable development of rural tourism in northwest area should be promoted by establishing a rural tourism regional network, strengthening the cooperation of rural tourism throughout the northwest and implementing the "recycled economy new rural tourism" model so that the optimization of the rural industry structures of five provinces in the northwest will be realized.
