Theoretical And Empirical Research On The Action Mechanism Of Information Technology And The Industry Towards Industrial Restructuring

This paper is written in the background of China's entry into WTO and economic globalization, at the age when information technology and the industry become the strategic commanding point for each country and when the industrial restructuring of our country is in the critical turning point; therefore this paper makes the action mechanism of informatization towards industrial restructuring as the penetration point, and generalizes corresponding developing principles, policies and measures by way of theoretical and empirical analysis.This paper was elaborated in six chapters. Chapter One puts forward with the questions and explains the significance of writing this paper; Chapter Two briefly reviews relevant theories and opinions from scholars home and broad on informatization economic effect; Chapter Three defines key concepts in the paper with reference to the writing emphases and needs; Chapter Four is the theoretical part of the whole paper. It comprehensively examines the action mechanism of informatization towards industrial restructuring from static, one-dimensional dynamic and two-dimensional dynamic perspectives; Chapter Five is the empirical part of the paper. With layer-by-layer analysis and econometric models, the paper analyzes the effect of informatization on our country's industrial restructuring; Chapter Six puts forward with fundamental principles and concrete measures for informatization optimization of industrial structure in next stage, based on the above-stated theory and empirical analysis as well as on the reality of China.
