Research On The Adaptive Operation Mechanism Of The User-network-oriented Logistics Network

It becomes an important issue of the logistics management theory and practice to effectively grasp the changes in external demand, to guide logistics strategy development and operation, to adjust the relationship between organizations, structure and operation strategies, to rationally and effectively integrate and share logistics resources, and to provide services for the demand side better, on demand-led era.This thesis, which is in the guidance of logistics network theory, based on the adaptive theory and the dynamic adaptation theory, combined with the actual needs of the logistics network operation, establishes the perspective of user-oriented network to analyze the logistics services demand. And then, it proposes the mode of adaptive operation of the user-network-oriented logistics network, and studies the operation mechanism of them from two aspects:the management methods and technology. Through the construction and application of this mechanism, it hopes to meet the demand for logistics network operation, to meet the increasingly complex logistics services needs of users, to solve the dynamic adaptation of the supply side to demand side of logistics services more flexibly and intelligently, and to guide the logistics industry advance in the direction of demand-oriented logistics services, and to enhance the efficiency and service levels.The topic of this research will become an important part of the logistics network theory. It has important guiding significance for the reality logistics network operation. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:l.The user-network-oriented perspective, the user-network-oriented analysis and research methods are proposed. They are the new methods of the logistics network operation, with the sufficient acknowledgment of the attribute of the logistics services, from the perspective of the logistics demand side, to combine with the constitution of the demand of the user-network, to combine with the characteristic of the relation of the demand and the need of logistics network operation, to emphasize on the relation of the demand and the user, to emphasize on the realization of the overall value of the user-network, to analysis and research the logistics operation problems from two aspects:the construction of the operation environment on-demand and the creation of the logistics in-need. The user-network-oriented analysis and research methods are as follows:the cognition and explore of logistics services demand, the demand-oriented view on logistics resources and the service management based on user-network.2.The adaptive operation mechanism of the user-network-oriented logistics network is proposed. The key mechanisms are studied as follows:the mechanism of the cognition and explore of logistics services demand, the mechanism of the dynamic reconstructing of the network service system, the mechanism of the logistics resource pool supporting supply coupled with demand, the mechanism of the demand-oriented service management and optimization, by means of the user-network-oriented perspective, the user-network-oriented analysis and research methods. These mechanisms investigate the problem of the logistics network operation from four aspects:logistics services demand, logistics organization, logistics resources and logistics service.3.The technical support system of the adaptive operation mechanism of the user-network-oriented logistics network is studied. The key design and optimization are studied as follows:the architecture and the model of the adaptive operation auxiliary management platform, the adaptive function module and the neural network adaptive control algorithm. The technology is embedded into the logistics operation system in order to supervise, guide and control the logistics network operation, and to make sure the adaptive operation mechanism to be effective and the adaptive operation to be efficient.
