Research On Independent Innovation Mechanism Of Oil Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In China

The oil equipment is the floorboard of mechanical equipment that explores, develop, gather, transport and process the petroleum and natural gas. It includes the equipment of oil exploration and development, oil refinery equipment, petrochemical equipment and so on. Oil equipment manufacturing industry and the development of the enterprise are closely related to the development and utilization of important energy resources such as oil, natural gas and so on. Nowadays, the world economy is changing from an era of industrial economy into an era of knowledge economy. Social economy environment is developing and changing unceasingly. Competitions among enterprises and industries become more and more intense, and technology becomes the formidable power that impetus the growth of economy. Technology innovation has become an important means of maintaining competitive advantages, gaining profit and developing. Only by technological innovation can enterprises win in the fierce market competition. The ability that technological innovation of enterprise is strong or weak is reflected in the technology level of products, the degree of meeting the requirements of customers,the ability of putting innovative products into production, and the ability of product marketization。In short, the construction of independent innovation mechanism of oil equipment manufacturing enterprises is related not only to the development of oil equipment manufacturing industry,but also to the establishment of a national innovation system with Chinese characteristics,and the rational deposition and the sufficient utilization of technology innovation resources.There are nine chapters in this article, which is divided into five parts from the content system. Chapter1is the first part. It mainly describes the necessity and urgency of setting up the independent innovation mechanism in oil equipment manufacturing enterprises. Considering the purpose of research, we review the theory which is related to independent innovation mechanism. Finally, we put forward the theoretical and practical significance. And then clear research contents and the research methods and research frame. The2nd chapter to the6th chapters the second part is mainly carries on analysis to the independent innovation mechanism of petroleum equipment manufacture enterprise. The Chapter2is on the basis of the analysis of characteristics and development trend of oil equipment manufacturing industry, it dissects the connotation and characteristics of independent innovation mechanism of it. Then, we construct and analyze the independent innovation mechanism and relational model of our oil equipment manufacturing enterprises. The Chapter3is based on the analysis of the circulation process of the ability to creative resource and efficiency and diffusion for the independent innovation decision of the oil equipment manufacturing enterprises, and constructs Chinese petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation decision-making mechanism systematically. Then we put forward the idea of building the leadership vision of the power structure and the corresponding safeguards system, which is on the basis of centralized decision-making model in petroleum equipment manufacturing group. The chapter4sets up comprehensive evaluation index system that suited to our independent innovation incentive system in oil equipment manufacturing enterprises by analyzing independent innovation dynamic mechanism and organization incentive mechanism in our oil equipment manufacturing enterprises. As the main means, comprehensive evaluation model which is fit for independent innovation incentive system of oil equipment manufacturing enterprises is established by AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method. The Chapter5dissects the input elements of independent innovation of oil equipment manufacturing enterprise by analyzing the support function of independent innovation input mechanism in China, and researches the controlling of autonomous innovation investment risks from different point of view, such as the technical risk, market risk and management risk. The Chapter6analyses the independent innovation safeguard mechanism in oil equipment manufacturing enterprise carefully from three aspects, including government, society and enterprise. The conclusion is that security mechanism of oil equipment manufacturing enterprise should be established through four aspects, including organization innovation, innovation of the management ability, innovative human resources and build enterprise culture atmosphere.The Chapter7can be included by the third part in a degree. Based on the research results by domestic and international scholars on innovation performance, this part, which is combined with characteristics of oil equipment manufacturing enterprises, establishes a relatively complete evaluation system for measuring the operation performance of independent innovation mechanism in petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprise by the analysis and scientific validation, and give the steps of AHP evaluation method。The Chapter8of the paper is the4th part. This chapter has a study of independent innovation mechanism of The NYEJ Group, which is combined with the content of independent innovation mechanism and based on the basic situation of The NYEJ Group. The operation performance of independent innovation mechanism of The NYEJ Group is analyzed by the model which is constructed in previous chapter. And then, it comes up with the operation safeguard measures of independent innovation mechanism in The NYEJ Group.At last, the paper summarizes the whole and looks up the deficiency, then puts forward the prospect of the research.
