The Research On The Independent Innovation Competence Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

Equipment manufacturing is strategic industry,it is important pillar of national and social development.The level of it's devempment is the important embodiment of national power and competitiveness. Heilongjiang province is one of the traditional industrial bases in China and its equipment manufacturing industry is a large part of the whole industrial system. The development of equipment manufacturing enterprises is important for economic development,and independent innovation competence is the core of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Independent innovation has become the critical factor of the science and technology competitive power of a country.It is the driving force for regional economic growth.Mastered the core competencies, it means to grasp the initiative in the future.We must be based on independent innovation,master coretechnologies and own the intellectual property,in order to improve corecompetitiveness in the field of equipment manufacturing enterprises in heilongjiang province.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research of independent innovation competence from the domestic and international scholars, combining status and characteristic of equipment manufacturing enterprises in heilongjiang province, the paper defines equipment manufacturing enterprise's independent innovation competence in heilongjiang province.And the paper constructs the equipment manufacturing enterprises'system model,analyzes the form factors and support factors of independent innovation competence,this paper took combination of research methods with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,give the innovation index system of the evaluation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in heilongjiang province,studies the composition of the innovation index system, and calculate the development level of independent innovation competence by application of analytic hierarchyprocess and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. By evaluating independent innovation competence,it is helpful for enterprises to know their advantages and disadvantages,identify problems and solve problems in time,and then establish development strategies.Finally,the paper take an empirical study,it conducted to verify the model is reasonable and feasible. And based on the evaluation results,it provided some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the independent innovation competence of equipment manufacturing enterprises in heilongjang province. It requires equipment manufacturing enterprises to enhance their capability,but also need the support of relevant policies. It offering a valuable tool for improvement of the technology independent innovation competence in equipment manufacturing enterprises.
