On Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Cultural Construction Of DP Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Group

Oil equipment manufacturing enterprise is an important part of the oil industry. But now oil equipment manufacturing enterprise is faced with greater difficulties under the condition of international oil price droping and poor operating performance of oil enterprises. In order to promote the sustainable development of petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises, many measures must be taken. To strengthen the construction of enterprise culture is an important means to to promote enterprise development and solve the present dilemma. So to strengthen the research of the culture construction of oil equipment manufacturing enterprise has important practical significance.In this paper, taking DP Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Group(DPPEMG) as the study subject, the factors and their classifications of DPPEMG cultural construction index was summed up by combing the theory of corporate culture at home and abroad. And the scientific evaluation system of cultural construction index of DPPEMG was established based on using the related research results at home and abroad for reference. Based on the evaluation index system for DPPEMG cultural construction, the index weights are determined by using a combination method of fuzzy preference relation and the IOWA operator, and the comprehensive evaluation model of DPPEMG cultural construction was constructed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In order to further strengthen the building of cultural construction, the condition of DPPEMG cultural construction was evaluated by using enterprise culture evaluation model. by analyzing the result of cultural construction eveluation of DPPEMG, the problems were found, and the coping strategies were put forward. Hope the research results of this paper can provide certain reference and reference for oil equipment manufacturing group enterprise culture construction.
