The Optimization Of A Country's Industrial Structure Under The Background Of Economic Globalization

Through the research and analysis of the features of interaction of the industrial structures between countries under the background of economic globalization, this thesis establishes a general pattern for a country to optimize the industrial structure under the economic globalization. The thesis gives a new definition and solution to the optimization of industrial structure under the globalization new background, and builds up an index system with hiberarchy analytical method to evaluate the optimization of the industrial structure. With the new definition to the optimization of industrial structure, the thesis analyzes the relationship between the adjustment of industrial structure and the economic development in United States, Japan, India and Brazil. Considering the present development condition, the thesis discusses the relationship between the optimization of industrial structure and the continuable development in China, based on which, the thesis, using the basic concept of game theory, defines the game between the industries all over the world under the background of economic globalization as cooperative game, and introduces the key point on industry choosing and industry policy based on game strategy after strategic analyzing of the game between the industries in China and United States, China and Japan, China and Europe. The thesis discusses the strategic bases and goals of the optimization of the industrial structure in China based on the analysis of theadvantages of China as a big country and later starter. Focusing on the key problems during the process of optimizing industrial structure in China, the thesis gives its own viewpoints, such as, changing the industry policy from development-oriented to competition-oriented in the new era, paying more attention to the application of world economic rules, considering the policy harmony to the interest of correlated industries, utilizing the highly development of military technology and the civilianization of military technology, breaking the restriction of WTO rules during the promotion of safety strategy, paying high attention to the great significance of technical standardization strategy in upgrading China's status in international industry division and optimizing industrial structure. In the implementation of the strategy of optimizing industrial structure, the thesis points out more attention should be paied to the relationship between industry development and entironment, the different functions of domestic market and global market, and the active application of industry organization policy to realize the upgrading of the internation competitiveness of Chinese industry.
