Research On Industrial Structure Change And Industrial Structure Optimization In Henan Province

With the rapid development of China's economy,It has become the focus whether the industrial structure is reasonable.This is related to the vitality and competitiveness of market economy.If convert the unreasonable industrial structure in time,we could promote the economy.It has entered a critical period to convert the industrial structure.In this strategic period,Henan province should promote industrial structure optimization through the industrial structure changes on the basis of its own advantages,it is worth to make a deep research.This paper take Henan province as an example,based on the previous papers,uses the data from year 1978 to 2013.This paper takes the total output value of the developed areas which include Guangdong Province,Jiangsu Province,Shandong Province,and the average value of demastic production value and labor structure as a reference standard for comparison with Henan province,The main conclusion as follows,Henan province is currently in the industrial structure of the main non coordination and irrational problems;By means of comparative labor an important indicator of the change of industrial structure is balanced two degrees of productivity,structure deviation,through the establishment of model,the change of industrial structure in Henan province benefit by empirical analysis;the current situation of industrial structure in Henan province and analyzes the existing problems;using the Theil index model of Henan Province industrial structure rationalization of from the analysis,and the average level of the gap can be seen in Henan Province,the resource supply constraints,and according to the relevant data of Guangdong Province,Jiangsu Province,Shandong Province,the Henan province restrict capital investment,production technology and process of urbanization lag;the non-agricultural industries accounted for as a measure of industrial structure optimization index;combined with the research conclusions which based on the national conditions and situation in the province,can proceed from the angle of the three major industries,proposed for participation in relevant policy and suggestions,trying hard to realize the optimization of the industrial structure through the change of industrial structure in Henan Province.
