Theory of enterprise ability is a new stage of development of modern enterprise theories. This theory annotates enterprise as a capacity system or an assembly of a series of capacities. Enterprise core ability is defined that through obtaining and allocating resource efficiently, an enterprise would form competitive advantage and sustain this ability. Enterprise developing continuously is based on the reform and innovation. In addition, its marketing competitive ability could rise continuously. Enterprise sustainable development is determined by the sustainable development ability. Through constantly consolidating, remaining and raising the enterprise core ability, sustainable development ability can push the enterprise develop continuously. Enterprise sustainable development ability is presented by "intra-period sustainable development ability" and " inter-period sustainable development ability". Effective industrial expansion, system innovation, building core ability and marketing advantage is the fundamental platform to support enterprise sustainable developmentEvaluation of enterprise sustainable development ability needs three basic factors: ability resource, ability state, and ability environment.
