Small and med ium-sized enterprises occupy the important position inour nationa l economy, pla y a enormous role in supporting economicdevelopment, but the scale of sma ll and med ium-sized enterprises isrelatively sma ll, in the weak tendency position in the market competition, inthe face of keen competition, the development environment of sma ll andmed ium-sized enterprises is becoming more severe, only improving theirown key competitiveness consta ntly, could make enterprises keep the vitalityfor a long time. The thesis with the way of researching and analyzing a largenumber of theories, and the method to combine real case carries on research,the purpose is pursuing countermeasure and measure of improving the keycompetitiveness of sma ll and med ium-sized enterprises through analyzing theexisting problem of sma ll and med ium-sized enterprises of our country, hopeto have some reference function to sma ll and med ium-sized enterprises, makethe sma ll and med ium-sized enterprises of our country have advantages in thecompetition even more. The article expla ins sma ll and med ium-sizedenterprises and key competitiveness theory specifica lly at first, by summing up and summa rizing to propose the new concept of the key competitivenessof sma ll and med ium-sized enterprises . This is the innova tion and the pointhas continued to study and do foreshadowing for the ensuing chapters. Thenthrough analyzing the current situations and difficulties of the small andmed ium-sized enterprises of our country, draw the behavior with insufficientkey competitiveness. The third, combined reality & a large number ofdocuments & materia ls and found out the main reason that influence the keycompetitiveness of sma ll and med ium-sized enterprises to improve: Thehuman resources are scarce seriously; Technologica l innova tion ability isobviously insufficient; Management and administration la g behind seriously;Internal culture is obviously twisted; The external living environment isn'toptimist. At the end, directed against question and reason, put forward fivemajor countermeasures of improving the key competitiveness of sma ll andmed ium-sized enterprises, combine the enterprise human resources, offersufficient talent's guarantee for improving in key competitiveness; Strengthenthe technological innovation, rely on the technological progress to promoteenterprise's key competitiveness; Improve the inside to ma nage, promote theimprovement of enterprise's key competitiveness by scientific ma nagement;Construct the scientific corporate culture; Improve the external environmentcondition.
