The modern economic market face to the dynamic change make enterprises have to face more intense market competition. In order to make enterprises have lasting survive, the most important thing right now is to construct enterprises'core ability and innovate enterprise strategy management. The obvious change is the transformation from low cost viewpoint to the customer value viewpoint. Therefore, more and more enterprises devote to the development of improve the customer value ability in order to obtain the lasting enterprise core ability.The process that constructs and maintain the core ability is to provides the outstanding customer value .Through analysis the customer value from different angles .we understood the different structure lever of the customer value. The enterprise unifies their own resources and the ability, carries on the customer value localization, explicitly constructs the enterprise core ability the goal request.Then the enterprise design different competitive advantage based on the different customer value level. But the outstanding customer value realization depends upon to theoriginal customer value methodically the promotion and theenhancement, or provides the innovation customer value. The latter has the decisive to the enterprise core ability formationfunction. Therefore, through the customer value analysis, the customer value strategy localize and the customer value creates,finally forms the enterprise core ability.If the enterprise wants to consolidate its core value it have to realize competitive advantage the sustainable development to want the unceasing attention customer, seeks the customer value creation on the new way.In this article research process, firstly, through the consult large number of domestic and foreign correlation data, I seeks the customer value and the enterprise core ability research deficiency. then proposed the point that construct the enterprise core ability under the customer value angle. Through analyzing from customer value, competitive advantage and the enterprise core ability three relationship to obtain the logical relations, and then seeking constructs the enterprise core ability take the customer value as the foundation of the effective way. Through analyzing the case of CIMC how to construct it's core ability , finding practical feasible means to construct enterprise core ability under customer value.
