With the advancement of technology and the development of economy, especially since the 1990s, with the development of information technology and the innovation of the management thoughts, the management conception centered on the manufacture and product has been replaced by the modern management conception focused on the customer. The enterprises, which can find customers' demand and meet their demand with the lowest cost and the most satisfying service in the shortest period, can succeed in the drastic market competition.It is obviously that management models which only pay attention to the resource inside and competition force cannot fit the new environment. More and more enterprises realize that any enterprise cannot become the most outstanding enterprise in all operation fields in the world, only by taking the advantage of enterprise with each other can an enterprise improve core competence. Some enterprises, which developed quickly, abandon the pattern of vertical integration in which enterprises are themselves responsible for design, manufacture, transport and sell, and use the pattern of horizontal integration in which enterprises form the best strategy alliance between supplier and seller all over the world, form the network of logistics and information flow which include supplier, manufacturer, seller, distributor and user in the end, the relation between the two adjacent enterprises is the relation of supplying and demand, so it is called supply chain. We must work hard on the structure and operation of the supply chain, which make all enterprises joined in the supply chain benefit and each enterprise stronger than rivals, therefore, supply chain management is coming into being. The effective supply chain management is important source for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. We must innovate conventional operation model, build the model of SCM, standardize and operate it efficiently, which is important for enterprises to improve the level of management and core competence in theory and realism. The dissertation builds systematical theory and operation framework of SCM based on information technology and research on model of SCM base on information technology integrated management and development of enterprise in practice.The dissertation is divided into seven chapters. Chapter 1 highlights the sources of the selected topic and summarizes literature about the theory and application of SCM with relation to the dissertation, concludes the relation between SCM and correlative subject and sums up the content of the dissertation.Chapter 2 discusses basic theory and technology of SCM, puts forward new conception, analyses structure model, characteristic and style, and principal and object of supply chain and SCM, analyzes strategic management of supply chain, builds the theory model for strategic management of supply chain, gives correlative technology about SCM, including the operation technology, such as postponement strategy, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), includes the operation technology of logistics, such as 3PL(Third-Party Logistics), VMI(vendor Managed inventory), JMI (Joint Managed Inventory,), CIMPFR (Collaborative Inventory Management of Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment), ARP(auto reinforce goods pattern), POM (preconcerting order management), EOS(Electronic Ordering System) and POS(Point of Sale), includes operation technology of sell of category optimizing management and CRM(Customer Relationship Management), includes the operation technology of finance of ABC (Activity Based Costing) , cash flow management, and so on.Chapter 3 investigates information characteristic and information management technology of SCM, expatiates on information characteristics of enterprise information systems, analyses "bullwhip effect" and the reason brought about it, and brings forward weaken measure, analyses integration management of supply chain based on the information technology. This chapter builds supply chain information management system based on the model of Information Hub, and puts forward build of the information system based on the model. This chapter gives some information technology, such as EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), radio-technology, automatism-mark, data collecting- technology, and so on.Chapter 4 builds the structure model of SCM, produce management model and logistics management model based on IT, gives the principle and strategy of building SCM system, analyzes restriction theory and management paradox of supply chain, gives a build technology of supply chain management system based on restriction theory.Chapter 5 analyzes the effect of the structure of industry form on enterprise return, builds the supply model of vertical integration, horizontal integration and virtual enterprise, and gives the characteristic and optimal conditions for optimal decision.Chapter 6 investigates performance management evaluation of SCM and the mechanism of return distribution of SCM. This chapter analyzes the conception, style and characteristic of stratagem management of SCM, designs a evaluation system with a series indexes based on the balanced scorecard, builds the performance evaluation model based on AHP. This chapter defines cost management of SCM and analyzes its characteristic, builds the model of cost management of SCM, builds cooperative game model on return distribution of supply chain, puts forward two distribution mechanisms which incentive cooperative, and discloses impartial and reasonable rules of these distribution mechanisms, builds Nash negotiation axiomatizing model to determine the rent ratio for the core enterprise.Chapter 7 summarizes the research work of the whole dissertation and makes a perspective on the future research work.
