Study On The Optimal Management Of Supply Chain For Bi-Link Company

In the competitive and challenging era, supply chain management plays more and more important role . Now the enterprises are competing by the whole supply chain instead of the single company .and meanwhile the key is how to optimize the supply chain management system .This thesis describe the concept of supply chain management and the history of development of this management firstly and then describe some issues with supply chain management. i.e . the conflict between the cost and quick response to customer requirement . this thesis also studies supply chain management status of Bi-Link company and find out the relevant solutions to optimize supply chain system by utilizing some theories of supply chain system (CPFR and SCOR etc.) ,such as integration all the resources of customer and vendor , process and organization restructure, information system improvement etc.
