With the rapid development of economic globalization background, based on theworld of information technology upgrading and information industrial structureadjustment under intense, enterprise supply chain management theory is mature dayafter day. The optimization of enterprise supply chain management by means ofinformation technology, to promote the integration of informatization andindustrialization, taking a new road to industrialization, it is very important to realizethe enterprise value.Jilin Chemical Fiber Group is facing upstream, downstream chemical industry’sfurther expansion, and gradually formed a integrated development pattern, need to buildthe Internet coverage of the whole supply chain of large system platform based on, tomeet the strong demand of the enterprise and the market. The information systemshould have stability, growth characteristic, security, seamless coordination can realizeeach subsystem, in order to ensure the future development of enterprises. At now, howto realize the scientific and efficient supply chain management is a prominent problem,through the analysis and construction of the supply chain management informationsystem, should be able to save the cost of enterprise, improve business efficiency,promote enterprise development goals.This paper aims to explore the Jilin Chemical Fiber Group company through theestablishment and implementation of supply chain management information system,unified logistics and information flow, funds flow, to meet the business needs, relyingon the efficient supply chain management information system, realize the various linksof production, procurement, sales information sharing and business collaboration,enhance the flexibility and ability to execute, to reduce waste, reduce the cost, improve the turnover rate and the operation efficiency of materials, enhance market competitionability.
