Globalization, intense market competition, fast renewal of science and technology makes both the enterprises and individuals much more difficult to survive. The learning organization is thought to be one of the successful organizations in the 21st century, which infills some new blood in the growth of the organization to fit in with the global competition. The enterprises have to learn, reform and renew themselves continually. It is only way that they can work and win the changeable competitions. The dissertation mainly deals with the study of organizational learning and design of organization structure. And it composes of the six-system model of organizational learning. Making deep analysis of grey relational degree and devising a relational matrix, it presents a grey relational assessment model to analyze learning capability of an enterprise. The dissertation puts forward a model of sharing in knowledge, and then exemplifying the effect of leaders self-learning capability and team diversity and certain problems relating to the designing style, and groped for the present situation, problem and policy of the learning organization, the purpose of which is through the theoretical description, the analysis of foreign organization constitution and the domestic constructing situation, finding a feasible method to make use of this change, more convenient first-class administrative ideas, and make it a core competitive aspect. The new ideas in the paper present as follows: (1) Research on the six-system-model structure of organizational learning. Many scholars descried the style from different views and put forward several models. This dissertation puts forward the six-system concept about study, staff, structure, knowledge and technology on the basis of the research result, and constructed the six-system style through deep designing. (2) Analyzing the factors influenced on the learning ability. The dissertation is based on the grey system theory, aiming at the related judging indicators. Through the analysis of the matrix, the calculation of the factors and the organizational learning capability, putting forward a model about analyzing and organizing the learning capability, making the importance of the influence to the organization's learning capability, then provide an important decision basis in order to improve the organizational systems. (3) Research on the structure of the model of sharing in knowledge-organizational efficiency improvement. The obstacle of organizational learning is that they could not share knowledge among them. This dissertation starts its research from classifying and organizing the style of organizational learning, discusses the relationship between sharing in knowledge and organizational learning. Then it focuses on the effective method of organizational leaning I and organizational leaning â…¡.On the basis of above, putting forward the model of sharing in knowledge-organizational efficiency improvement.
