We first studied the environment of business SNS market and successful business models of it, and then reconfirmed our market positioning and develop strategy to the original.Secondly, according to the problems of organizational management, we adjusted the organization structure to make it more efficient in decision making and calling more enthusiasm and responsibility of the middle management. The new organization structure is also supported by establishing a learning-oriented enterprise culture. The culture also helps everyone in making the common vision being clearer and communication being smoother.Last, but the most important part of this paper, is to reconsider all the aspects of Tianji.com's daily works by applying the Organizational Learning System Theory, which was carried out by Chen Guoquan.
