Accompany the high speed development of the economy of our country, The rapid advance of the road transportation, the forming and perfecting gradually of the synthesize transportation system, the road freight market was changing gradually to overall market economy, the researching of the price of the road freight, exploring the law behind price and related problem, was helpful for promoting the form of price mechanism which was meeting market economic development , was helpful for the guidance enterprises of road freight to reduce cost , and to extend transportation market strongly, was helpful to realize complementary and the competition between road transportation and other transportation ways , was helpful to emphasize the role of market , promote government function change, realization enlarges the decision-making power of enterprises of road freight under government macro-control, to optimize resource through reasonable price competitive.This paper has produced own view and view in some following aspects:Have analyzed the cost composition and relevant nature of the road freight from economy angle and looked through its various properties further.The weak monopoly of the road enterprise freight transport production cost has been analyzed. This paper has received the weak monopoly of the road freight enterprise cost by comparing the different between the long-term cost and the short-term cost. And have adopted the translog cost function to validate the scale effect of the road freight enterprise. This paper has summarized the various factors that affect the road freight price, collected the theory of price, and have analyzed form mechanism. Have discussed the factors such as the product value, supply factor, demand, government control, policy, and market structural factor which affected price. The theories such as labor value theory, balanced price theory, and unitility theory have been summarized.Have achieved that the price of road freight does not have the conclusion of optimum price, and given the replacing price method of the other optimum pricessuch as good price, price discrimination and internal price subsidy. The relation of between profession division and market trade cost has been studied. From the new classical economics angle, through comparing the different corn welfare, discussed the relation between trade cost size and profession division of different development stages.The method of determining the level of internal the external cost was given. Based on users' unitility, determined the level of internal the road external cost under customer's welfare surplus biggest condition with the method of optimization. Have solved the road freight price problem which was under flexible demand condition in transport network by the method of bilevel programming problem Using bilevel optimization method, unifing the goal function of enterprise and customer, have analyzed the enterprise price method on the customer option optimum foundation.In a word, this paper pays attention to the combination of theory and practice , the combination of quantitative analysis and quanlitative analysis, have applied method and theories such as systematic science and economy to analyze the cost and price problem of road freight. Analysis angle was novel, had original view, had well-off conclusion. The completion of this paper was useful to perfect road price system, to establishe industrial policy, and to establishe operation strategy.
