Communication plays a foundational role for the existence of organization; its key issue is information transmission. As information transmission relates to every member in the organization, information transmission between individuals or within groups plays an important influence for the development of organization. In this paper, information science, organization theory and game theory etc. are employed to study the communication system architecture within the enterprises, the process of information transmission in the enterprises' interior communication, the uncertainty of information transmission and the organizational feature of information transmission.Information transmission is the process that people transmit information with some content or sense to the other side or the public through vocal language, mute language or non-language format. It plays a communication role to make both sides can communicate their idea, sentiment, experience and mutual behavior and so on. The process of information transmission comprises such the elements as idea, encoding, channels, coding, understanding, background, feedback, noise, and so on. This paper analyzed the system attributes and opening attributes for information communication in the enterprises, and proposes that an integrated information system architecture in the enterprises includes gathering, processing, transmitting and controlling of information within the enterprises etc.Based on analyzing the basic feature of recessive information in the process of information transmission, the communication mechanism of recessive information and the uncertainty of information, the model for recessive information communication process in organization and the uncertain presentation of information are presented. Abstracting theinformation in the process of organization communication as a probability spatial comprised by a group of information and according to the information characteristic of input terminal and output terminal, an arithmetic model for the process of information transmission is constructed.It's clear that in the process of information transmission, there are lots of random and fuzzy information, so as to the random and fuzzy information in the process of information transmission within the enterprises, they may be managed by probability statistics, information theory and fiizzy mathematics. Researching on constraint planning of information transmission, a constraint planning model and its solution is proposed. Using the fuzzy operation rules in fuzzy mathematics, the non-linear discussion region for evaluating the effect of information transmission is quantized, so a comparable and quantitative evaluative result can be obtained.The process and content of information transmission are determined by organization, this is the organizational meaning for information transmission. In this paper, the models of multiple elements flow chart and multi-layer text are constructed for information transmission of organization communication.Formatting the organization structure and using the method of quantitative analysis, a layered model of organization structure is established, so the layered feature of information transmission can be interpreted rationally. This paper analyzed the impact and relationship between information transmission and decision efficiency of organization. After discussing the indwelling relation within organization information transmission, organization reconstruction, information innovation and organization development, a kind of organization reconstruction method, namely the dual close-loop organization reconstruction model, is put forward base on information management.The network structure of organization plays an important role in the information transmission system. There are large numbers of formal or informal organization network within or between organizations. Through those organizations network, a great deal of information is exchanged and some other information resources are configured. The validity of information transmission in organization network means that the utility of information transmission between their participants can be optimized. The utility in here is the same as Pareto utility of organization theory. Based on current dynamic organization network research about information transmission utility, an organization network model on network entities and information resources reconstruction is established. Based on this model, the stability and validity of organization network are analyzed.In the information transmission process of organization communication, when participants select hybrid strategy, they are always selecting their own strategy by the distributing of maximal entropy. The distributing of maximal entropy corresponds with random or uncertain maximal distribution. It indicates that the Nash equilibrium strategy of information transmission for organization communication is the maximal entropy of established utility constraint condition. It provides information theory based interpretation for Nash equilibrium of organization communication and it also offers a kind of maximal entropy estimation method for solving the Nash equilibrium in the information transmission process of organization communication.
