Economic Analysis Of The Motive Reasons Of Technical Innovation

With the development and application of science and technology, the technicalinnovation has already become an important condition that enterprises survive anddevelop. At the same time, the study about motive-force mechanism of technicalinnovation has become the important subject paid attention to by economy andmanagement field. Based on the idea of structuring innovative society appeared recently,the paper centers on the motive forces of external sources which are motive reasons ofsocial environment to launch an economic analysis in order to carry the understanding onmotive-force mechanism of technical innovation a step forward. It analyzes the composing features of science and technologyenvironment of technical innovation, launches an analysis on each factor to the impact oftechnical innovation, and does a research on science and technology environment andstrategies of structuring technical innovation.In chapter four, it analyzes the influence of risk in technical innovation to technicalinnovation. It analyzes the reasons produced by technical innovation, and probes into theessence of technical risk, the factors influencing risk in technical innovation, and thediscernment of risk in technical innovation.In chapter five, it aims at technical innovation policies implemented by manycounties, analyzes their influences to technical innovation, and puts an analysis on theinfluences of policy intervention to normal movement of market mechanism.
