Study On The Conflict Between The Migration Motive Of Rural Labor Force And The Relevant System

China is undergoing the most large-scale tidal wave of labor force in mankind's history. Its unique lies in the influence of a series of policies based on the residence registration policies. Because of the stipulation of the realistic State of our country, it is obviously impractical to cancel the residence registration policy in a short period of time. This essay works on the relation between the migration motive of rural labor force and a series of current policies which block the migration.Firstly, the essay summarizes the historical process, the function and the developing trend analysis of the migration of rural labor force and emphasizes its historical meaning and its importance.
