A Study On Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Based On Strategic Management Background

At the time of knowledge economy , as the fasting course of globalization, thetime of high-information,high-technicalization,high-marketablelization has alreadycoming in the modern economic society under the condition of modern marketeconomic, and the enterprise has already come to the strategic operating ofconcentrating long-term profit of maximization, and business management hasalready come to the era of strategic management. Under the enterprise strategicmanagement background , it is directly related to the implementing of enterprisestrategic target and plan,the promotion of level and capability of enterprise strategicmanagement,the improving of power of enterprise strategic competition power,thecorrectly apply and evaluation of enterprise strategic control measure how to evaluatethe standard and performance of enterprise strategic management. As an effectivesupervisory and administrative system, performance evaluation of enterprise `soperation is not only merely an important mean by which enterprise carry on theself-supervision and self-discipline, but also a new management tool enterprise use toimplement strategic management in the new competitive environment. This article is based on economic,management and its related burgeoning andforward subdivision subject. As an example of mineral resource enterprise,fromtwo aspects of theory research and practice research , under the condition of modernmarket economy, we have carried on primary research for theories and approach ofenterprise strategic performance evaluation based on maximization of firm's valueand catered to the market and customer , the construction of basic theories andapproach has been set up through absorbing experience of theory and practiceresearch of business performance measurement at home and abroad and dissecting itsproblems and deficiency of its subject's research. Based on constructing index systemof enterprise strategic performance evaluation , the new-style system of enterpriseperformance evaluation has been established, which has distinctive characterizationand is suited to the environment of firm strategic operating management and can bescientific and effective measuring enterprise strategic operating performance .It hasmost immediate and theoretical significance for even more making a thoroughresearch of the theories and approach of enterprise strategic performance evaluation.
