Regarding globalization,digitization as the essential features of the new economic era,human resource management influences the vicissitudes of enterprises directly,and influences the long-term development of enterprises.Traditional personnel management has been no longer adapted to the needs of enterprise development,human resources management is stepping into the era of strategic human resources management.Enterprises should do a good job in strategic human resource management practices in order to form their own core competencies,and to achieve sustained competitive advantage in the intensively competitive market.However,how much and how the strategic human resource management practices impact on firm performance?What is the impact process and influence mechanism?So far there has been no consistent conclusion on academic.Based on the strategic human resource management theoretical framework,combined with organizational behavior theory and other related knowledge,this thesis will explore systematically and show the intermediate variables through which human resource management practices impact on the enterprise performance.Then study the process and mechanism by which firm human resource management activities affect the firm performance.Finally proves the value of enterprise human resource management.This thesis is divided into six chapters,each chapter on the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the background, purpose, theme, framework and contributions and innovative points of the research.Chapter II will discuss deeply into the theory and research of strategic human resource management.First,this thesis gives an introduction of human resources research and practice development course; and then expounds on the basic theory of strategic human resource management,from which the viewpoint that "Human resource is the sustainable source of competitive advantage"is proved.Finally,this thesis makes an overview and analysis of the influence of human resource management practices to firm performance on empirical studies.Chapter III will discuss the human resources value chain model and the definition of enterprise performance,then explore the intermediate variables between strategic human resource management practices and firm performance.Chapter IV focuses on the process and mechanisms that corporate human resource management practices affect the firm performance.This Chapter first addresses and reviews the researches and explorations by other scholars,then along with the human resources value chain model of thinking, integrates the theory and form a theoretical model system.Chapter V of the article displays the design of empirical research,methods of research and statistical description,and so on.Chapter VI uses respectively regression analysis,correlation analysis and path analysis to verify the assumptions one by one,discusses and explains the empirical results.Chapter VII is the last part of the thesis.This chapter first sums up the results and conclusion of the study; then offers some guidance's and recommendations to the Chinese enterprise human resource management practices;Finally,pointes out the shortages and further research directions.
