Based On Trade In Goods Trade Running Monitoring Study

Under the economic globalization, the rapid development of China's economy and its foreign trade has caused the disequilibrium in the world trade structure. As a result of this disequilibrium, the environments of China's foreign trade are getting worse. Actually, this is one of the phenomena which represent the world trade structure's regressive process to another new equilibrium.With the further promotion of China's leading trade country position, the benefits distribution pattern of international trade has been changing quickly, which causes conflicts among leading trade countries, different economies intra-industry or different industries intra-country through two channels: trade benefits distribution among different countries and among different domestic sectors. These conflicts of international trade possess features which make them different from traditional trade conflicts. We call them"Strategic trade conflicts".Since China's foreign trade development is still in its rapid increase, the change of world trade structure will keep on going in the gaming among different leading trade countries. Apparently, this change mainly results from the development of China's trade development. And in turn, the consequence of the change will largely influence China's trade development too. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a monitoring system against China's trade development. Facing more and more trade conflicts, Chinese central government began to attach greater importance to the situation. In the Outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development, establishing a monitoring and early-warning system on foreign trade is one of the government's main targets.In view of the above, this thesis tries to explore the issue relating to the monitoring of foreign trade and achieve the following three objects:1. To clarify the meaning and the purpose of foreign trade monitoring system.2. To find out the theoretic proofs of foreign trade monitoring and establish a theoretic model.3. To explore the concrete methods or tools of foreign trade monitoring.
