After a comprehensive analyze of representative Wildlife Park in China and a particular analyze of development history of zoo and Wildlife Park in China and abroad, this research find out the main problem of the construction and management of Wildlife Park in China and based on those demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the building of the.
