Study On Supplier Evaluation And Selection Based On Fuzzy Integral

Under the fiercely competing management environment, the perfect supply chain management is the important way for the enterprises to raise their competences. The ideal supplier can bring great benefits for the members in supply chain. An excellent and competent supply chain is made up of many excellent suppliers with good coordination. The first step for a supply chain to run is the evaluation and selection of suppliers. This result will have effects on the structure of supply chain, the development of members in supply chain and the whole management performance of supply chain.The performance evaluation of suppliers is a typical multi-criteria decision making problem, which contains many factors such as economics, technology, environments and so on. The key problem of supplier evaluation is evaluation criteria system and scientific evaluation method. Without integrated criteria system, it's impossible to implement evaluation and selection. Without scientific method, there is no way to evaluate and select suppliers objectively and discover the advantages and disadvantages.This dissertation mainly aims to evaluate and select suppliers whom can make long cooperation with, the goal is to establish long and stable fellowship, and the emphasis is to achieve joint plans and problems, trust and cooperation by joint efforts between each other. The supplier selection in supply chain management not only takes price into account, but also high quality service, technology innovation and product design.Aimed to problem of supplier evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy integral is set up in this work, which is combined with linguistic variables and analytical hierarchy process. It deals with the relativity between evaluation criteria under evaluation layer by fuzzy measure, calculates the evaluation value of these layers by fuzzy integral, decides their weights by analytic hierarchy process, and at last, calculates the comprehensive evaluation value by linear weighting calculation.Aimed to problem of supplier evaluation, a decision making method based on fuzzy integral is establish. This can help decision makers punish those who do badly on some criteria, encourage those who do equally well on all criteria or especially well on some criteria by setting different parameters.
