Study On The Dynamic Management Pattern Of Manufacturing Firms Based On Self-organizing Theory

Chinese manufacturing firms have expended their scales, but their productivity is still lower compared with the Industry-developed countries. Except for the deficiency of independent R&D ability, the other major reason for explaining the lagged status rests with the inefficiency of enterprise management, which results in a fact that the application of techniques and the efficiency of resources distribution can not achieve anticipatory level. So, it is necessary for Chinese manufacturing firms to improve their management level in order to improve their international competition advantage. And the most effective way to improve enterprise management level is to change the management pattern. Nowadays, complicated and volatile competition environment requires that management pattern of manufacturing firm can dynamically adapt to both internal and external changes. But traditional management theories ordinarily use highly-structured and closed system methods to study manageable pattern and advocate making firms passively be in order through rigorous and effective control. This notion results in those established management patterns reacting slowly to the changes of environment, and making the organizations lack ability of competitiveness and innovation. Obviously, traditional management patterns could not adapt to the new environment which manufacturing firms have to face. So it is of most practical value to grope for a certain dynamic management pattern, which could enhance sensitivity and initiative of manufacturing firms to the change of environment.This paper based on self-organizing theory primarily examines the factors which affect the changes of mangement pattern, inter and external conditions for establishing dynamic management pattern, and methods on how to implement dynamic management pattern.
