Most of current human resources management(HRM) studies focus on contents such as good performance or excellent practice within HRM system, but the study on the potential influence of correlative and restrictive factors out of HRM system is blank, synchronously, the study on the dynamic environment influence to HRM also forms another direction.This thesis starts from the needs of improving integrated efficiency and digging new competitive advantage in Chinese manafacturing firm, and elicits that management pattern needs dynamic adaptability in changeful competitive environment, further, it studies on HRM based on such a pattern. Firstly, the thesis analyzes ideal management pattern in new environment that needs dynamic external adaptability and inner synergetic functions. Then, it adopts component analytical method and factor analytical method to abstract four management pattern leading influence factors, and brings self-organizing of Synergetics and two functions of the ideal pattern in contact, and constructs textual study background, namely dynamic management pattern system. Subsequently, it uses synergetic model that finds HRM contents embodied researchful need based on dynamic management pattern, and puts forward"Person"HRM created pattern for Chinese manafacturing firm, which is the building background of HRM appraised index system. Finally, it takes the index system as object, innovates in synergetic model and gray model, and establishes deep synergetic model, furthermore, it gives a model demonstration to explain the HRM index system application as management practices referrence. This study has much meaning for quickening enterprises'market reaction speed, improving management efficiency and cutting new management practice reference way, but it needs improving indexes quicker reaction speed, and combines special enterprises'characteristics to perfect index system in practices.
