In recent years,along with the rapid development of our national economy,the problems existing in the economic development are also gradually highlighted.In these problems,the most prominent is the uneven development of the three major industrial structures.Therefore,if we want to promote the sustained and healthy development of China's economy,it is imperative to adjust the industrial structure.As an important part of the second industry,accelerating the coordinated development of manufacturing and third industry is very important for promoting the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure.In the actual economic development,the process of production and operation of the manufacturing industry is closely related to the logistics industry in the third industry.For the manufacturing industry,the entire supply chain have different levels of demand for logistics industry,if the manufacturing sector will release all these logistics demand to the logistics industry,it can improve the manufacturing enterprises in the various aspects of the industry chain efficiency,increase the added value for the products,accordingly,manufacturing enterprises can gradually realize the industry and enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises and power;For the logistics industry,due to the late start of China's logistics industry,the effective release of manufacturing demand,it is bound to drive the rapid development of the logistics industry,and also promote the standardization and standardization of the logistics industry.To sum up,promoting the coordinated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry is of great significance for the further development of the two industries,and will also have a positive impact on the development of the whole national economy.Therefore,the in-depth analysis and Research on the coordinated development relationship between the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry has a certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,considering the dynamic development of the two industries,the dynamic coordination degree evaluation model is constructed and analyzed.First of all,through the related research and related theoretical foundations of scholars in recent years,we have elaborated the related concepts of the research object,the theoretical basis of the coordinated development between the two industries and the interaction mechanism between them.Secondly,we improved the traditional DEA model,and first built the dynamic evaluation model of the coordination degree of the two industries by combining the improved DEA model with the temporal geometric mean operator.Thirdly,according to the relevant data collected in Qingdao,we use the dynamic coordination degree evaluation model to evaluate the development level of logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Qingdao.Finally,according to the coordinated development of the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry,the policy suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of the two major industries in Qingdao.In this evaluation process,construct a virtual invariant performance frontier to improve the DEA model.For the first time,in the coordination of logistics and the manufacturing industry development degree evaluation model of geometric timing to introduce the evaluation method,Innovating the evaluation model of the dynamic coordination degree of the two industries,To provide a reference for the evaluation of the level of coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics industry dynamic.
