Since the reform and opening up,the state owned enterprises in China have deeply studied and emulated the advanced management system of well-known foreign enterprises,and made great contributions to China's reform and opening up and economic takeoff.However,when the intensity of the reform of state-owned enterprises is constantly advancing,the reform of the national economic system has been continuously entered into the deepwater area and the process of marketization is accelerating,many deep problems in the management system of state-owned enterprises have been exposed.The most prominent problem is that the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and the top transnational enterprises in the world are still very large.There are still many links in human resource management that need improvement.This paper takes Guangdong Telecom,one of the three major telecom operators in Guangdong as the research object,through the study of some problems existing in the human resource management of Guangdong Telecom,and then puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.First,the research background and significance of this paper,the relevant research results at home and abroad are expounded,and then some concepts and theoretical research bases are listed,including the theory of Maslow's "demand hierarchy",principal-agent theory and modern corporate corporate governance theory,and the human resource management of Guangdong Telecom is analyzed through the field research and research.On the basis of the 5 problems,this paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the human resource management of Guangdong Telecom.Finally,it puts forward six countermeasures for the improvement of Guangdong Telecom human resource management according to the status of the development of the state-owned enterprises,the living environment and the human resource management in Guangdong Telecom.Good human resource planning,reasonable selection mechanism of operator,set up fair talent selection mechanism,rational staff training measures,scientific incentive strategy,and perfect performance management system.
