As we all know, the person is the starting point of human resource management, but also its destination. After half a century of human resources promotion and development of human resource management in the pursuit of efficiency, at the same time, people also began to pay more attention to people’s overall development. Comprehensive human development, as in the classic Marxist ideology and theory, is both a historical proposition, but also a regular new topic. In recent years, our government is pay more attention to people’s overall development. Party’s Third Plenum pointed out:"advocate people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept, to promote economic, social and comprehensive human development."The comprehensive development is a important concept of development. Under the conditions of a market economy, modern human resource management faces new environment. In addition to focusing on corporate-level objectives, the overall development of ideas should be applied to human resource management, while taking management of human resources into account the development of enterprises, to promote different aspects of the overall development. In this paper, we analysis modern human resource management, in the perspective of the comprehensive development theory, and offer some improvement suggests.There are five parts:Part Ⅰ:Introduction, indicating the significance topic, research methods of the paper, innovation and weak point of the papers.Part Ⅱ:Human resource management theory and describes the overall development of Marxist theory and historical development of key findings, discuss the ideas of overall development and the relationship between human resource management and ideas of overall development.Part Ⅲ:To investigate the status of modern human resource management, and analyzes the development of human resource management human problems and the reasons.Part Ⅳ:Main introduces application of Comprehensive Development in modern human resource management, based on this gives a few suggestions to improve human resources management.Part V:Summarize the overall development of ideas on modern human resource management.
