Tracing to its cause, one of the important reasons is that our transport service system is unreasonable, not perfect, and can't meet the demand for national economic and social development, or the disposition caused the economic cost excessively and restrains the sufficient of the expressway.The disposition method and theory system of expressway transportation service system is in the system theory instruction, synthesized the transportation plan theory, the transportation economy theory, the economic geography, the region economy and so on, on the multi- theories, the multi-disciplinary overlapping theory method system.
