Under the high dynamic society environment forms from China's reform and open policy and the economical high speed development, enterprise and its core staffs competition and adaptation faced with enormous challenge. How to evaluate enterprise core competitiveness and core staff ability scientifically is not only the important topic which strategic management and human resources management faces, but also the technical tickler which management science and engineering research domain urgently waits to be solved.In traditional evaluation thought and model, the character of the "zero sum game" brings theoretic limitation to research of team construction, as well as enterprise competition and effective cooperation. By inducting mature niche theory and its quantification evaluating technology which had passed through several evolution, utilizing unique superiority of niche evaluating in effective description of species competition and harmonious coexistence relations, this article has constructed a new enterprise and core staff evaluating model based on niche, and has conducted real diagnosis research and examination on the model. Furthermore it has carried on exploration and real diagnosis examination on the fit relations between enterprise and core staff.
