Study On The Growth Of Agricultural High-tech Enterprise

Modern biological substance characterized by the Agricultural High Technology (AHT), not only embodies the relationship between the human society and natural resources and the direction of the future agriculture development, but is being used in more fields of industries. In fact, the Agricultural High-tech Enterprise (AHTE) has not been expanded fully and grown rapidly, which mainly engages in research and development of AHT, production, sale and popularity of goods. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is how to achieve the sustainable growth of AHTE. Because the growth of AHTE is a dynamic and complex process, based on analyzing the birth background, the status quo and the existing issues of AHTE, the paper points out the characteristics of the life cycle of AHTE by using the technological route of combining the theory and the practice and the related theories, and constructs the scientific model of the growth of AHTE by analyzing the influencing factors of the growth of AHTE and discussing the key point. At last, taking the AHTE in Yangling as an example, the paper measures the growth of AHTE and puts forward the strategies and countermeasures of promoting the growth of AHTE. It consists of 8 chapters, whose details are as follows:Chapter 1 Introduction. Firstly, based on the rapid development of AHT, the agricultural situation and the purpose of the Agricultural High-tech Enterpriser, the paper explains the purpose and importance of studying the growth of AHTE. Secondly, the paper values the related theories now. Finally, the paper puts forward the core conception, the research thinking, the general frame, the methods and the innovations.Chapter 2 The Theoretical Basis of AHTE Growth. The theoretical basis of AHTE growth can be summarized in the aspects of life, resource and mode of AHTE. The technology, product and production system of AHTE represent its life. The life gene of the growth of AHTE is AHT and its product. The resource is the momentum of AHTE growth because AHTE lacks its material base without resources. The momentum of the AHTE growth includes the natural resources, technological resources, human resources, capital resources and redundant resources. Therefore, the accumulation, rearrangement and utilization of resources are three essential elements to enterprises. The mode is an access to the growth of an enterprise. The growth of AHTE has 3 modes and 5 routes.
