The main rhythm of economic in the present age is Green ecologic economic, including green products, green consumption, green industries, green market, and so on. It is the practical requirements of the idea of sustainable development in economic life. With the development of economic and society and drastically increase of population, the number and the quality of ecologic resources can not meet the need of utilizing way in past compared with the human being's unlimited demands, when ecologic resources is not richer now that in past times. And the crisis and calamity of ecologic resources happens from time and time, for instance, the SARS in China of 2003, the Sand Storm in Beijing and Katlina hurricane in United States of 2005. History and reality have repeatedly proved self-extinguish hypothesis that once be destroyed, the ecologic resources cannot be developed sustainable by the social economic institution, such as civilizations in ancient Rome, Reliving Island and Maya. With historic reasons, it is a pity that Mainstream economic theory have not brought the sustainable utilization of ecologic resources into its' study and research range. With few study on the sustainable utilization of ecologic resources, non-consideration of the cost of ecologic resources in the traditional productive and consumption modes, and Without establishment of economic-developing mode including the sustainable utilization of ecologic resources.
