Land is the material foundation of human survival and development. In recentyears, with the speeding up of the socialization and industrialization process, lead toirrational land use structure, land pollution is becoming more and more serious. At thesame time, the demand for land resources is also rising. For the sake of harmonizingthe contradiction between land resources and human needs, and promote the stableoperation of social economy and ecological environment sustainable development,countries around the world began to concern the sustainable utilization of land.In this paper, the T County as a rapid developing county economy in Heilongjiangprovince, in recent years, due to the lack of management of land use, land use way isnot reasonable, lead to land use sustainable levels showed a trend of decline. Thispaper, on the basis of sustainable land use and its evaluation theory, build accord withthe actual situation of T county sustainable land use evaluation model, system of Tcounty land use situation in Heilongjiang province were analyzed. And puts forwardseveral policy suggestions for the T county land resource sustainable utilization, inorder to achieve t county ecological benefits, social benefits and economic benefits ofsustainable development, as well as provide certain reference effectively for othercounties to carry out the sustainable utilization of land resources management work.
