The competition among main bodies in agricultural industrial organization is ever intensifying. Under the great competitive pressure, in order to avoid vicious competition, these main bodies build cooperative organizations in succession. Various forms of cooperative organization, as innovations for agricultural industrial organization, have become important ways of agricultural industrialization. Game Theory is a topic of general interest in studies of modern economics and management. The thesis applies this theory to research on issues of cooperation among the main bodies in agricultural industrial organization; on interactional strategic choices and variation of interests among farmers, among locomotive corporations, between farmers and locomotive corporations, and also between locomotive corporations and local governments. These studies are helpful to enrich theories on agricultural industrialization and provide theoretical guidance for the practice of agricultural industrialization, which has vital theoretical and practical significance. The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:1. The thesis analyzes the current state of agricultural industrialization, roundly investigates the game relationship among main bodies in domestic agricultural industrialization, and then advances that Cooperative Game Theory and Non-cooperative Game Theory can be applied to study the relevant problems among main bodies in domestic agricultural industrialization. Besides, it probes into problems of negotiation, the establishment and fulfillment of contracts in cooperation, when the main bodies'strategies interact.4. It puts forth profit distribution policy, builds up cooperative profit distribution model, and then provides an operable scheme for decreasing contract-break. On the basis of analysis of characteristics of locomotive corporations, it improves the classical game model----Cournot Duopoly, Bertrand Duopoly, Stackelberg Duopoly, combines the three models, and establishes the association modes of locomotive corporations.5. It sketches the Principal-Agency game model. According to different ways of contact in practice between farmers and locomotive corporations, it classifies this model; in terms of...
