As the pace of economic globalization is progressing at an accelerating rate, enterprises are facing a more complicated and varied market. Today, on a stage full of opportunities and challenges enterprises are competing at a new level of scope, depth and intensity. How to survive and thrive in the competition? How to get the favor of the customers? These are the questions all enterprises must heed. Marketing--as the platform for enterprises to communicate with market and customers and also as the most important section for enterprises to create and transfer the value--deserves attention from all the enterprises. We notice that every enterprise eulogizes marketing but not all of them can take advantage of the opportunities market spells. It is a wonder some enterprises can be"marketing stars"for so many years but others are"falling stars of market". In the nowadays-competitive market, it is a vital task of every enterprise to construct a developing framework of marketing that fits both the characteristics of market and the resource situation of enterprises.1. Marketing quality and enterprise marketing qualityMarketing is the precondition of marketing quality and marketing quality is the result of marketing. Marketing mode and marketing main body also determine the content of marketing quality.
