The Research Of Virtual Enterprise Quality Management Based On Agile Manufacturing

Virtual Enterprise (VE), comprised by many independent enterprises or personnels to catch a certain market opportunity, is a temporary network based on modern information and manufacturing technology. VE is considered as the leading enterprise paradigm of 21 century, a information age with Agile Manufacturing (AM). The study of VE quality management must be the important content of research field of VE and quality science of the new century. This paper, develops the following research work in this field.Expatiates the structure of VE quality management system on five points, proposes a VE quality management framework mode based on the object of VE quality management. considers that quality information flow is the main object of VE quality management.Proposes a quality circle based on the lifecycle of VE, and discusses the quality management of creation phase, operation phase, evolution phase and dissolution phase, four major phases of the lifecycle of VE. And the paper considers that the quality management of VE is not only the quality management of the process of product formation, but also a dynamic system management process about all the lifecycle of VE.Proposes the evaluation index system of VE member's quality performance ability, and applies with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate it. Defines and analyses the Virtual Enterprise System Reliability.Discusses the quality culture management of VE, points out that VE must take firm actions in enterprise quality culture construction and take new construction approaches in four different layers, substance layer, action layer, system layer and morality layer. Therefore, VE quality management is advanced to culture management.At the end of this paper, proposes a quality management mode of Federation Mode Virtual Enterprise (FMVE), which is applied with VE quality management framework mode proposed in this paper. A case about the exploitation of one filature wind machine illustrates the application of quality management mode of federation mode virtual enterprises.
