Competition has made market economy the most efficient economic system until now. With the globalization of the whole world economy, competition is increasingly strong and drastic, and"competitiveness"naturally becomes a hot research issue. The competitiveness of one industry in one country is composed of that of different entriprises in the industry and the country, which is a complicated process of"synthesizing forces". The key is to well deal with the relations among various enterprises, that is to form industrial organization structure with effective competitiveness.Because of traditional segmented mechanism, plus inadequte market experience of China's enterprises, building redundant projects, surplus production capacity, overdue competition, low-level quality technology and poor finance are becoming common in most of our competitive industries.
