Industry is the core of the regional economic growth, and the whole area's economic competitive capacity is mostly determined by its leading industrial competitiveness. Industrial economy in Zhejiang, especially light industry which depends on the direct of market and the future of"light,small,collective and processing"has been growing greatly and rapidly. But, this elementary marketing economy was only adjusted to the need of the first-period of industrialization. When Zhejiang was entering into the new stage, the level of industrial competitiveness has been lagging with it.There are many similar aspects in Zhejiang and Korea. Only spending thirty years, Korea has changed its industrial structure and arisen positive effects on economic development. By using its success for reference and comparing with Zhejiang, some advice is put forward to enhance Zhejiang's industrial competitiveness, such as high-and-new technology industry is the leading industry and modern third industry develops rapidly, setting up large-scale enterprises and coordinating with others, self-research is the core and technology quoting is the assistant and so on.
