Research On The Institutional Evolutionary Mechanisam Of Northeast District Economic Transition

During the planned economy period, the economy gross and competition of the northeast district kept ahead to other districts of China. As the transition begans, for institution and structure reasons, the property competition capacity dropped, and problems as the low market degree showed off, the economy development slumped into stasis period. From the view of transition structure, the main problems centered on the structure of economy, reform of the SOE and the culture, which lead to not only the development problem, but also the serious social problems as unemployment and descend of the living stranded. This serious praxis requests the scientific analysis on its transition mechanism, the promotion of the institution and practice of the policy, and the movement of its smooth transition.During the research of this paper, the author try to find out the institutional evaluationary theory, the transition theory and the reasonable part of policies of the northeast district transition, and make the research rooted in the actuality relatively lagging of the development and transition of the economy in the northeast district.
