This thesis takes institutional change in transition of China as research background and studies some issues about incentive mechanism design, which are closely related with the theory of industrial organization. Inefficient allocation of resources issue prevails and organizations (political organizations and business organizations) in economic transition play an important role. The thesis therefore selects the relationship between organizations incentive and efficiency as core of the thesis. Based on theoretical analysis of organization, the thesis chooses regulatory institutions design of China's electric power (political organizations incentives) and commercial banks incentive mechanism design (business organizations incentives) as empirical studies. In empirical studies, this thesis will focus on incentive mechanism within the organization and study how to design contract to improve the operation efficiency...
