What Russians Think About The Economic Transition

Russia came out from the original world's second superpower,its development and direction has been the world's attention.Russia's economic transition has its typical,unique characteristics,so it has a huge impact for other countries which committed to economic transition.From the perspective of people's attitude towards economic transition,this paper studies the influencing factors of the Russian people's attitude towards economic transition,which provides enlightenment to our government's policy of making more conducive to people' s development.This paper uses the data of the statistical survey conducted by the Russian Academy of Sciences on the 20 th year of market reform in 2011,studying the influence factors of the Russian people's attitude towards economic transition.This paper discovers that the individual welfare is damaged,the country's welfare is damaged,the economic concept of the strong government,the social concept of equality,the political tendency of the communist ideology and the attitude to the private property,disliking the difference,preference of the immutable world,tend to oppose reform.In addition,the sample is divided into two parts that the individual interests are damaged and not damaged,the results show that the impact of individual welfare damage is greater than the role of ideology.But there are two consciousness have greater impact than the individual welfare,that is,those who hold the ideology of strong government and prefer the immutable world.Even the individual welfare damaged during the economic reform,he still choose to support the economic reform.According to the social class,the group was divided.The results show that the improvement of social classes and their social class' impact on attitude to the reform is not significant,and is smaller than the impact of the ideology.Based on the above conclusions,this paper has a revelation to the government's policy.The core of the scientific concept of development is "people-oriented" the government should pay attention to the people' feelings.The achievements of social development should be shared by the whole people.
