Collaborative Organization And Management For Logistics In Networked Manufacturing Systems

Networked manufacturing is the primary trend in modern manufacturing development. The logistics management in modern manufacturing enterprises has evolved into the collaborative activity between some enterprises from the independent activity in single enterprise. How to establish the collaborative business effectively, how to establish the logistics management model which fit for the networked manufacturing are the crucial points in logistics field. Many scholars are working on these, for example, collaborative inventory management, the technique and strategy of collaborative logistics and they obtain some valuable fruits. In this paper, the framework and management technique of collaborative logistics are researched based on the idea of networked manufacturing.First, analyze the characteristics of logistics management in networked manufacturing system. Then, bring forward a collaborative logistics system model which oriented networked manufacturing——Networked Logistics Collaborative Management System (NLCMS) and research its structure which include function view, organization view, information view, resource view, process view and so on.According to the requirement of NLCMS, a structure model of NLCMS—networked logistics collaborative alliance is brought forward, meanwhile, analyzing dynamic construction mode and cooperating method, researching the selection and estimating way for partners on the basis of dependence. The estimation way includes the index system and estimate model based on collaboration of business and software layers , index management function structure and running method based on UDDI registry , algorithm based on grey relation decision.According to the requirement for information platform, research the supporting platform functional structure and executive model based on ASP networked logistics collaborative management system and research the methods of platform integrate and the management method of logistics distribution based on platform and other key technique. The research on system integrate method include proposing the system integrate framework based on networked collaborative management which is composed of business cooperation system and collaborative management center.
