With the continuous development of socialist market economy, logistics has been widely accepted by various domestic industries as the third profit source. Distribution, which is a very important measure to realize the profit, has reached an unprecedented level of status. At present, the logistics distribution in Chengdu is on the stage of "only send not distribute", which can’t meet customers’need of diversity and individuality. There are some different distribution modes such as distributing by self-constructing center,3PL and interoperability distribution. However, these modes developed on the state of imbalance, which caused serious problems of environment pollution, high cost and low efficiency. On the social background of "constructing energy-efficient and environment-friendly society" and sustainable development, it is extremely urgent to solve the environment problem in the process of distribution through scientific and reasonable mode. Only in this way, can environment pollution be reduced, commodity circulation channel be more normative and distribution be more efficient.Firstly, this paper analyzes the real distribution situation of Chengdu. Then, it discusses the theory of resource integration and collaborative distribution. Thirdly, it put forward the research purpose and significance of this paper and analyzes the four typical logistics distribution modes in Chengdu on the base of game theory. Finally, this paper points out collaborative distribution is the optimal mode for Chengdu according to its logistics demand environment. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the game between customers and enterprises, between governments and enterprises and among enterprises by introducing related model in game theory. At the end, this paper builds a collaborative distribution vehicle scheduling mode of multi-distribution center and proves that it can not only reduce the cost and environment pollution, but also improve economic benefit.
