With the competition of logistics market becoming fiercer, single-dot third-party logistics(TPL)enterprises adapt themselves to such competition more and more difficult. However, by right of their powerful advantages in network and logistics size, networked TPL enterprises can not only provide their customers fast, safe, accurate logistics services, but also can provide value-added services according to their customerized requests. Therefore, for whether advancing logistics service functions or adapting logistics markets competition, the networked TPL enterprise is primary trend and direction of TPL enterprise development. In this thesis, the background of naissance of networked logistics enterprise is introduced firstly. Based on relative literatures home and abroad, the study actualities of enterprise organization theory, logistics organization, TPL organization and networked organization are summed up respectively. Then the forming factors and characters of networked TPL organization are analyzed and summarized, and its two basal modes——mother-child networked mode and allied networked mode are put forward. As to the former mode, its characters, structures and operation systems are studied in detail, as for its structure, the centralized hub and decentralized federation are discussed, as for its operation system, the decision-making system and coordination system are discussed. As to the latter mode, its forming factors are analyzed, its main structure based on one core enterprise is introduced in detail, and its operation systems are also studied. Finally, a integrated performance appraisal indexes system of networked TPL organization is designed, a comprehensive appraisal model both using analytic hierarchical process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed, and the model's validity and practicability are validated by dint of a calculational example.
