Reasonable, efficient, scientific logistics process is the key to improve the efficiency of logistics and reduce the logistics operating costs, and increase our market competitiveness for the manufacturing enterprises. As society TPL's rapid development and maturity, as well as intensifying competition, domestic manufacturing enterprises will break the single logistics pattern using a variety of logistic models, which will surely lead to enterprise logistics processes tremendous changes. While changing the mode of logistics, building a set of design and logistics model matching the logistics Process and logistics organization can help manufacture enterprises build highly efficient logistics system. At present, there is no mature method about the logistics process reengineering based on the selection of logistics mode. Based on this, the paper does some research focus on the relevant problems about the Logistics Process Reengineering Based on the Selection of Logistics Mode.The paper introduces the relevant research on BPR both at home and abroad and the relevant theories about logistics and BPR; from the existing process reengineering concepts and the methods, the paper proposed a method about the logistics process reengineering based on the selection of logistics mode; the paper proposes five kinds of logistics organizations setup; according to the characteristics of the logistics process, the paper propose Logistics Process Reengineering Evaluation method from the two aspects of the qualitative and quantitative, designs the index system of Logistics Process Reengineering Evaluation, where fuzzy AHP evaluation method is used; Finally, the paper practices the method with an actual case. In the course of research, the paper always adheres to the principle of linking theory with practice and mainly uses the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
