Organizational Structure Analysis Of Industrial Networks

Along with the development of market economy, networks' characteristic among firms is more and more apparent. The networks is different with nets of internet, railway or communication which is connected by entity. It is formed by relationships among actors in the market. Industrial networks are nets which are linked by actors of industrial interior or between different industries. They compose important resource for industrial development and are closely relationed to industrial forming. There are more and more researchs about industrial networks' theories abroad. Because China's economy belongs to transition economy,its economical system is becoming more and more mature and the resource of industrial networks is becoming more and more followed with interest by lots of people. Based on foreign and domestic research on industrial networks' theory, we do research on industrial networks' forming and developing of the organizational structure of networks. Its contents include quantitative analying structure of industrial networks' organization , vertical organizational structure of networks , horizontal organizational structure of networks , industrial networks' agglomeration and Evolution Patterns. In the theoretical analysis, we set up some models of industrial networks' organizational structure with both quantitative and qualitative methods.By these models,we have done several explored analysis about industrial networks. In the analysis of horizontal organizational structure of industrial networks, we expand Cournot Competition Model and Conjectural Variation Model. With the methods of Econometrics, we experimentally analyzed industrial networks' organizational structure and its evolutional regularities in China automotive industy and dairy industy. Results of this article are the basement to proceed researching industrial networks' organizational structure theory.There are six chapters in this article. The first chapter is introductory note. In this chapter we mainly introduce abroad and domestic researchs about industrial networks and based on these researchs we point out several questions.The ananlytical structure of the whole article is summarized in this section. We also introduce the main methods and new theories of the whole article in this section; In the second chapter, aim of research is the relationships and its influence factors in industrial networks.
