Research On Dynamic Evaluation Of Node Enterprises' Innovation Capability In Innovation Networks Of Industrial Clusters

With the development of the national economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved,and their demand for products has become more and more personalized and diversified,which has brought difficulties for enterprise product innovation.The innovation network can provide resources for enterprise innovation and improve the innovation ability of enterprises to meet people's needs.There are many node enterprises in the innovation network.There are both network core enterprises and non-core enterprises.Non-core node enterprises can give product foundry or other services to core enterprises in the network.The core enterprises in the cluster play an important role in promoting the development of the cluster.However,if there is no non-core node enterprise to cooperate,it is difficult to get healthy development.Therefore,the provision of innovative capabilities of node enterprises in non-core locations in the cluster can effectively integrate external resources,thereby ensuring the formation and development of the entire innovation network.In order to improve the innovation capability of cluster node enterprises under the new normal state,it is necessary to fully consider the convenience of resource acquisition by node enterprises in the entire cluster network,as well as the innovation level and competitiveness of innovation networks.Based on the characteristics of cluster network structure,this paper constructs a dynamic evaluation system for the innovation ability of cluster node enterprises,and uses the improved entropy method to determine the index weights.The catastrophe progression method is used to statically measure the innovation ability of cluster innovation network node enterprises.By referring to Newton's second law,this paper proposes the state and trend model of the cluster enterprise's innovation capability speed change,and obtains the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model of the fusion node enterprise's innovation capability speed change state and speed change trend.Taking 10 enterprises in the Qinhuangdao equipment manufacturing industry cluster as an example,using the panel data from 2011 to 2016 to dynamically evaluate the innovation ability of cluster node enterprises,and propose countermeasures,which helps us to improve the nodes throughappropriate policy design.The innovation capability of enterprises will promote the development of cluster node enterprises and promote the upgrading of cluster industry structure.
