With the development of information economy, industrial convergence phenomenon is developing rapidly in dominated by information industry, has a huge effect on economic growth and industrialization development.Triple play is refers to the combination with telecommunication network, computer network and the radio and television networks, and it is an important integration phenomenon in the internal information industry.
